    Manasota Key and beach-side properties, plus the inland canals. Storm response is a regional specialty here.

    Quiet golf course community with seasonal owners we know by name. Lockbox or key-holding, your choice.

  • Boca Grande

    Gasparilla Island. We coordinate with the ferry, gate access, and on-island contractors when work is needed.

  • Cape Haze

    Cape Haze peninsula and the Placida corridor. Hurricane prep here is a year-round conversation.
